Alps swimming pool

The family friendly alpine swimming pool in Oberau is located on a hill offering a magnificent panoramic view of the mountain range of the Estergebirge. In addition to a swimming pool with a non-swimmer area, a diving pool with a 3-meter diving platform, a large natural lake with water from a mountain spring, a Kneipp water-therapy basin and a children’s pool with a water slide, the outdoor swimming facility also provides a lot of recreational fun: a sandpit, table-tennis, a beach volleyball court and of course lots of space for playing and romping around. For those who get hungry there is a kiosk with home-made cakes, ice-cream and snacks.

Due to the corona pandemic, a hygiene concept was developed for the 2020 bathing season, so restrictions in bathing operations can unfortunately be expected.

In case of rain, the swimming facilities will be closed, entry tickets cannot be refunded.
The reduced rates for children are valid also for disabled persons with a reduction of working capacity of at least 50 per cent (free entry for authorized accompanying person), moreover, for all full-time school students, vocational students and students older than 16 and younger than 25 as well as people doing military and community service (identification required).
